If you choose to service flat fee listing requests get the best of both worlds... up sell (no hassle) to a full service listing when equity, pricing, and Owner Members permit but provide a flat fee solution that generates income now when they don't. Added benefits/income include (but not limited to) the buyer leads that come from listings in the MLS and the possible conversion to a full service listing when market/financial conditions change.

As a Listing Member of iListNow if you choose to service Owner Member requests for flat fee listings you will provide an Exclusive Agency Listing.

Owner Members have an option to request a flat fee listing for $149.99 3/months, $209.94 6/months, $359.99 9/months, or $399.99 12/months. Value added services can be in addition to the flat fee or a percentage at closing.

To provide the best service possible for our Owner Members all Listing Members servicing the zip code for the listing request will receive a notice and the first to accept is granted access to the Owner Members listing request details (maintaining a competitive environment for all Listing Members).

If a flat fee listing is not completed by the accepting Listing Member the Owner Member can re-submit their request and any Listing Member that has previously accepted will be excluded from subsequent re-submitting of a listing request.

Once a flat fee listing request is completed the Owner Member will be given an opportunity to rate their experience with the Listing Member providing service. Listing members that maintain a rating of 3 stars or better out of 5 will continue to receive flat fee listing notices (rating based on average of previous 5 ratings).

If you choose to service flat fee listings you will be rated on the following

Timeliness of service (1-5 stars)
Provided service as requested or with reason (1-5 stars)
Recommend service to friends (1-5 stars)
